JOE GEZ

Joe Gez is a Canadian-based Afrobeats francophone singer-songwriter and producer hailing from Kinshasa, Republic Democratic of Congo. He first burst onto the music scene in 2020 with the release of his debut single "Life is Good", which quickly gained popularity and established him as a rising star in the Afrobeats industry. Since then, Joe has continued to captivate audiences with his energetic and infectious performances, as well as his passion and inspirational outpouring as an artist. He has been described by key players in the Afrobeats industry as the epiphany of Afrobeats and Afropop, and his unique blend of African and Western influences has earned him a loyal following around the world. Recently Joe opened for Davido’s 5IVE Alive Tour at the Scotiabank Arena performing his hit single “ELECTRIC” with R.O.Z. He also reached a major career peak through a collaboration remix of his single “ÉCHEC” with Congo Afrobeats legend GAZ MAWETE (ÉCHEC II).
